General description:
SG6XX6 is a series of 3-40 seconds voice synthesis IC, built an MCU with an input port and three input / output port.
Users can achieve a variety of applications by MCU programming.
Feature:
- Single power supply 2.4V ~ 5.5V
- Built-in an MCU
- 1 input and 3 input / output ports, the port can be used to do 38KHz IR carrier output of P30
- Built-in 16 * 1 RAM
- Maximum 16K program ROM space
- High quality voice synthesizer
- Frequency is 6KHz or 8KH of voice output
- The pulse width modulation output
