General description:
SG9xx3 is a series of monolithic CMOS speech synthesis chip, which use the ADPCM encoding of SIGMA ,3-14 seconds of voice data can be synthesized.
Users can change the mask in the production process to select the desired voice and trigger.
Feature:
- operating voltage range :2.4V ~ 5V
- Two key trigger input (TG1 and of TG2)
- TG1 and TG2 have 8mS jitter time
- trigger optionalor
- an external edge-triggered / level select
- External oscillator resistor
- PWM drive speaker directly
- without an external capacitor between VDD and GND
